Day 7 • Arzua to O Perdrouzo • 12.6 Miles
Today was our fourth day of walking and we’ve covered nearly 97 kilometers. Fueled with poorly scrambled eggs and lots of coffee, we set out for our fourth and shortest day. I have continued to watch friendships grow! It was beautiful seeing the last of the Spanish countryside as we approached Santiago de Compostela. After these past long days, tomorrow’s walk does not seem so daunting. I hope we can all enjoy every last moment of our Camino journey tomorrow and find beauty in the last push! After the last four days of walking, nothing will be sweeter than crossing the finish line but we will all miss the peace of the path.
