Caregivers need support and skills to get them through uncertainty and chaos while they care for others, now or in the future. This book study provides the tools. The book “Tears in my Gumbo: Book One, The Caregiver’s Recipe for Resilience,” by Nadine Roberts Cornish is available in the St. Andrew book alcove or wherever you get your books.
