Community Systems Coordinator
The Community Systems Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of St. Andrew’s church management systems, ensuring that member data is accurate, well-organized, and readily available to support the church’s mission. This role manages member records in Planning Center and related platforms, tracks engagement and involvement activity, maintains the visitor-to-member pipeline, and produces the reporting that pastoral staff, ministry leaders, and church governance bodies rely on for informed decision-making.
Working closely with the Front Office Administrative Assistant, the Development Officer, and the communications and community experience teams, the Coordinator ensures a consistent, data-informed experience from a visitor’s first encounter through lifelong membership and service. The role also serves as the primary preparer of UMC Annual Conference statistical reports and denominational membership records.
