What's Going On?

Today’s message continues our Behind the Music series with Marvin Gaye’s “What’s Going On.” Through the song, the prophet Jeremiah, and the words of Jesus, we are invited to consider the difference between simply keeping the peace and actually becoming peacemakers. The peace of Christ does not ignore what is broken. It gives us the courage to name it, confront it, and work toward healing without allowing fear or hatred to take hold of us.

As you listen today, consider what is going on not only in the world around you, but within your own heart, and where Christ may be calling you to bring truth, love, and healing.
